  • We recommend reaching out at least a few weeks before the placement begins, but we understand that urgent situations happen. Our team is experienced with last-minute requests and will do everything possible to find a suitable match quickly.

  • All host families go through a thorough vetting process before being approved. Each placement is also reviewed individually to ensure the best match between the student's profile and the host family's environment.

  • The program is available year-round, covering winter breaks, spring breaks, summer transitions, and any other period when a student needs flexible, safe housing outside of their regular campus accommodation.

  • Absolutely. The majority of our requests come from schools and agents coordinating on behalf of students. We work directly with your team and keep communication transparent throughout the process.

  • Our team stays available throughout every placement. If dates change, an issue arises, or a student needs additional support, we're reachable and ready to assist for the student, the host family, and the school or agent contact.

  • Students receive accommodation in a safe, welcoming home environment. Transportation is included for host families located approximately within 30 minutes of the pickup location. Additional arrangements may apply for greater distances. Meals
